Hey there, burning parents living in SF....... I am moving sometime in the next few months to the city (IN city, not east bay) and am looking for information/advice from those in the know about what areas are most hospitable to a mama and her 9 year old girlie. What neighborhoods are good? Bearing in mind that I know that all of the city is expensive, which areas are a little more affordable? Which are less? What are the schools like? I really appreciate any insight that any of you can offer. I will eventually be posting looking for another mama & kid or small family to set up a co-housing situation with, but that's a future post... thanks!!
